A: Absolutely. Your membership entitles you to discounts on upgrades, details and other additional services your location may offer!
3. Q: How long am I signing up for?
A: Your membership is month to month.You can easily cancel your membership anytime, online, 24 hours a day. A 10 day notice is required for all eligible cancellations. There are no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged after your next payment date, simply cancel your account 10 days before your next billing date.
4. Q: What type of car wash do I receive?
A: You will receive a full service car wash (inside and out), unless otherwise stated on the description page.
5. Q: If I move can I transfer my membership to another participating location?
A: Yes, you may transfer to any other participating car wash location free of charge!
6. Q: Can I change vehicles once I have enrolled?
A: Simply call our toll-free customer service line at 1-800-733-3691 or email us at Service@GotCarWash.com to change your vehicle information, a new card will arrive in 5-7 business days.
